| Situated on the island of Brač, approximately 20km from the main ferry port of Supetar, Milna has a population of around 700. The local economy is largely based on fishing with numerous small fishing boats moored around the harbour wall.
Milna is a uniquely positioned 17th century fishing village situated in a natural harbour at the western end of the island of Brač. It is often referred to as 'millionaires' harbour' due to the large number of expensive yachts which moor there during the summer.
For the holidaymaker there are several small supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The nearest beach is a short walk along the harbour wall.
